Sending Questionnaire

Hello Experts

Today when we send one survey for a customer, the same the archive with the attached HTML and the form opened in outlook receives in its email outlook. This finishes causing confusion which questionnaire to answer. How not to visualize the form in outlook and yes only through link?

Hi Gilvan,

I am not sure which scenario you are implementing?

In Registration the standard settings for the questionnaire are to be an attachment.

In Vendor evaluation it is to be an URL with direct update into the application. The

tigger is set on questionnaire level via the header information (path via the menu

or on the head symbol).

Once a setting is selected for a questionnaire, it cannot be undone, althought the

system allows it. In order to switch, just copy the questionnaire and therefore

create a new and put the setting in place.

For the email process with URL and attachment, there are some issues with

Microsoft Outlook, depending on the version. Have a look at note 840661 for the

corrections needed.

I'm using the release 5.5 do SRM.

Do you have some material about create/configuration of the surveys and questionnaires?

Hi Gilvan,

did you have a look on the stuff I described and the note I mentioned?

For config info go for the Strategic Sourcing Guide as well the Vendor Evaluation

Guide for SRM 4.0 (also valid for 5.0) available via the service marketplace.
