LSO: SAPscript text for participant as PDF Attachement

Dear all,

in the customers System, the LSO correspondence used to be a PDF-Attachement.

Since September last year (I honestly don't know, what has changed), the text of the correspondence is in the mail-text (all formatting is lost of course) and there is no PDF Attachement anymore.

Can anyone help me, how to restore the PDF attachment again.

Some more details:

Request based correspondence: HRLSO CRPSP X (activ)

Correspondence based on SAPscript (as far as I know)
