I can know the table link to get equipment numbers based on plant, workcenter and mainworkcenter

Have a look at table V_EQUI (view of EQUI, EQUZ, EQKT and ILOA).

Ensure you set the following fields:

• DATBI = 99991231
• SPRAS = your preferred language

Do you mean search equipment based on plant, work center and main work center maintained on it?

for Plant the link is in EQUI table

For Work center (PP) the link is in ITOB table with field PPSID

For Main wok center check program RIEQUI20 and FM ALM_ME_EQUIPMENT_GETLIST

Di you try the options i or Pete mentioned. Both should help you get the desired outcome.

for example - You can use the plant field in EQUI or V_EQUI table or view to get the list of equipment.Use SE16N or IH08.
