Cant connect to BEx from Web Intelligence Rich Client

Good day, SAP Experts.

We are facing an issue using BO 4.2 Web Intelligence Rich Client. Our BI consultants check BW system BEx from http BI Launchpad without any problems, but when they try to check BEx queries from Web Intelligence Rich Client, a connection error appears with the following information:

This error occurs even on terminals connected to corporate network (local). Could you please give us your insights about this issue?

    it seems issue with the connectivity from your machine to SAP BW.

    try with telnet command and see if port 3300 is opened from the local machine to BW server.

    Telnet 10.11.229.9 3300
