Uploading Marketing attributes to CRM through ELM

Hi,

Iam uploading BP's along with Marketing attributes. If my marketing attributes are having multiple selection I am not able to upload the master data along with Marketing attributes

For example Sources of Income is an attribute that contains multiple selection optuion .

In this scenario how to upload?

Hi Narendra,

If you are facing problems while uploading multiple value attributes along with master data, then the prefered way could be, upload all the relevant master data and then use some standard function module and build a custom report to call the function module to upload the attributes.

I got the solutions by entering the multiple attribute values as individual fields in the mapping data it increases the number of uploading fields.

In the text file enter the values or else blank them if they are not eligible.

If you just want to upload the master data , You can use LSMW or SCAT functinality

Hi Arun,

while uploading attributes of marketing (activities and survey) from the legacy system,i am facing a problem here, all the activites are uploaded but survey are not getting uploaded,

i want both these attributes to get uploaded at the same time.

further to ur knowledge i am downloading these from legacy system to mySAP CRM for the first time
