How to enable push notification for SAP work manager 6.2

Hi Experts,

I am trying to configure push notification. I am working on Work manager 6.2 with SMP 3.0. Request you to please suggest how we can send notification from SAP to device.

Thanks for the reply Sravanthi. but we trying to Notification Push.

I have done analysis on it that Work manager 6.2 doesn't support Notification push.

Hi Mohit,

Push is only supported for Work Order Assignment Types 1-3. Push is not supported for Assignment Types 4-8. By default, in Standard WM6.2 application push is supported for Assignment type 1.

Verify the below.

JavaBE.ini file - [Push Logon] need to be enabled to true

If you have defined Custom MDO, need to provide the details in Service events for front end application(scenario ID in service events should be same as the scenario ID in configuration Panel)

In configuration panel, for Outbound triggers- Push listen on port should match with [htmlxml-2] listen on port in Agentry.ini file
