Order Billed Shipped

How would I know an order has been billed/invoiced and not rejected? Where would I see this in a transaction and where would I find if needed for a query? Another question is what is best way to find order fill rate, that would be shipped divided by total ordered?

hi;

Pls check the table VBUK with the Sales Order. This table would give you the status of the Sales Order in terms of whether it has been billed or not.

did u see the tcode VA05 in which u find the list of sales order and u can also find the status whether it is completed or not...it has all the information like delivery date ,.. etc

I look in VBUK but see Billing Status empty for everything even though some are invoiced and closed..

I have one question: Customer already billed for the material bet he never recieved the material or you can say......billed but not shipped. Is there anyone who can help me out.
