Create employee without user subscription

Hello,

Is it possible to create employees without user subscription. This is because we have integration with ECC and some of the employees are available in the account team but don't need access to C4C.

How can we solve this?

Hello Arian,

Once you create an Employee in the system, a Business User is automatically created to it. These Business User doesn't count for the license fee calculation as they are not automatically valid. He will only count if you unlock them, maintain a validity, assign a Business Role...

You can create Employees via Integration from ERP to C4C and a Business User will be created to each Employee created, but it will only count as a subscribed user if you unlock them and give them access.
