SAP PI Issue Component Monitoring RWB

Hello Sir,

When we are trying to access RWB in our landscape then we are getting an issue as the contents of url is not showing as normally for other PI RWB urls.

For example, it shows :-

heartbeatStatus_sd_tv:all_lbi

whereas normally it should appear as :-

Components with Staus:All

Please advice how to correct this issue. Thank you.

Hello Manomeet,

This type of issue is usually resolved by updating to the PI/Java Software Components to the latest Patch Levels for your current SP release. See note #2022451 Add Java Patches - Things to consider.

I have not seen this behavior before but my guess is that the system cannot determine the language in which the labels for the RWB elements need to be shown and therefore displays their technical names. What are the language settings in your browser?
