How to remove subaccount from my cockpit?

Hi,

i'm working on SAP Fiori,i'm using P-User account.few days back i have seen add members tab in my cockpit and i have added an account as developer in my cockpit.

but now i can't able to see the option.how to get that option again in my cockpit?

Please help me on this.

In order to delete a sub-account, all the application must be deleted first. example, Java and etc..

Thanks for your reply.can you explain more about it.should i need to delete from my account or from sub account which i have linked?.

where i can see members tab in P User account SAP Cockpit.

Hi Prabhu,

For deleting the sub account you can follow the help documentation which is described here.

On trial landscape members tab /feature is not enabled.

But This account is my trial account.Once members tab /feature was enabled so i added members into that.but now its not showing members tab.

Hi Prabhu,

On trial landscape, this feature is not enabled and no members can be added or removed to the Trial accounts.

Thanks for your replay.As you said in Trail landscape we can't add or remove members.

But now my account integrated with some other members also,they can see and edit services of mine.

How i can remove those members from the trail account?

The website asking for S User Id to open the support ticket on component BC-NEO-CIS-OPS.What might be the best way to solve this problem?

Actually SAP CP Trial accounts are not supported. There is no point to create an incident. This is documented in:

SAP KBA 2536648 - Support for hanatrial landscape

and

this web page SAPCloud Platform help / Getting Support

It is necessary to differentiate between SAP CP subaccount and members (P- or S- users) who have been assigned to this sub-account.

In case of deleting sub-account the steps are:

1. list-subscribed-applications

This command should list the application(s) for which this account has been subscribed.

2. unsubscribe application(s) from this sub account

With which I believe you should be able to un-subscribe the account from the application(s).
