We have a requirement to restrict people to change the status of change document from "authorized for import" into "in development" phase. We already have the CHARM implemented in SOLMAN 7.1.
We would like to restrict this access to limited people so once the status is changed into authorized for import than they should not be able to bring the change back into in development phase. Only the change manager should be able to change into "in development" phase.
