PSA has data, but no data gets transferred successfully to DSO

Hi,

I have a process chain:

Delete Content PSA

Delete Content DSO

Run InfoPackage to fill PSA

Run DTP to transfer PSA->DSO (Full extraction mode)

The problem:

The DTP for PSA->DSO ; no data records are transferred,but step completes successfully with status green, while there are over 100.000 rows in the PSA. When I manually run the DTP the data is always transferred correctly from PSA->DSO.

Do you have any clue why we do not get the data transferred to the DSO, when ran from PC?

Hi Ronit,

On your issue check few things:

1. the DTP that your are using in your chain is correct one or not.

2. the filter condition in DTP , if you applied any.

3. Manually as you said the data is being loaded then activate it also and check it before and after activation on it's respective dso tables.

Please see how many records transferred and added at manage level.

Did you also activate the dso?
