workflow not triggering

Dear Gurus,

I am doing implementation of FLM Module(s/4 hana 1610). File creation, workflow assignment have been successfully done. While sending file, system gives a message " File sent successfully". But File not received by the concerned person mentioned in the workflow. While checking, we found that instead of scase, spath object is triggered. Why this is happening? Why file not received.?

Dear Colleagues,

Prima facie, it seems to be an issue related to the SPRO configuration where the element type creation has gone wrong. For detailed analysis, the development team would have to have a look at the system which can be done once you raise an incident to XX-CSC-IN-FLM component.
