WEBCATALOG not working in CRM

Hi Gurus,

I am facing some issues on Product catalog Access through my B2c & B2B links of my CRM 5.0 server. The error I am getting is as follows:

<b>"The catalog that you have selected is currently unavailable; try again later"</b>

Before that i had successfully finish following activities:

RFC Connection to TRX server established

Initial Products replication completed successfully (HTTP Link)

Create WebShops using these replicated product catalog(following link)

http://ides01-nsrv.iserviceglobe.com:50000/shopadmin/shopadmin/init.do?

Create Business partner required to login to B2B

After that I am able to see my WEBSHOPs created above but when I click on any shop it gives above error

Please tell me is there any setting required which facilitate data from my HTTP/FTP site to my B2B shoplinks

In XCM http://server:port/b2b/admin/xcm/init.do in component webcatalog you need to write your directory incluinding folder in field imageserver, example: http://ides01-nsrv.iserviceglobe.com/catalog/

Or you can change your folder o erase in SPRO > CRM > Master Data > Product Catalog >Set Targets for Publishing Catalog Contents

Hi Community,

I am able to get my webshop, catalog & products in the B2B & B2C application.

But still I am not able to get any pictures visible on the application page. When I check in the application page image has folowing link:

http://ides01-nsrv.iserviceglobe.com:50000//93/93B98CE5D30E834C9439CC763FAB2EE4.GIF

But on the FTP/HTTP server image is published as :

http://ides01-nsrv.iserviceglobe.com/catalog/9393B98CE5D30E834C9439CC763FAB2EE4.GIF

Is there any configuration which I have to complete to access images from my FTP site.

Have you checked externally yet?

Images on B2C/B2B do not show via the internal links you've referenced (with the site:port address).

If we want to view our images internally we have to use CRMWEB in place of the site:port address

In our case:

http://crmprd:50000/b2c/b2c/init.do -> No images

http://crmweb/b2c/b2c/init.do -> with images

Thanks for your response.

I want to explain my scene in more detail

We use IIS to publish our data on HTTP / FTP site & data is published through TREX 7.0 server successfully.

When we open our B2B site & display catalogs we are able to display catalog information but not the images & this is the link which is published in place of image

here "http://192.168.0.117" is the info which i set in webcatalog image server XCM setting & the rest is attached by the system from some where (I don't know from where)

My issue is it is adding two slashes (//) after this (http://192.168.0.117)

My question is where I can access suffix part of this link or how can I put some value in between these two slashes.</b>

We don't use the IPs here.

My last reply is probably the best help I can offer as I am not a programmer.

You could check the help text in your XCM b2b . there you will see it referes to setting the remaing part of that URL in your IMG in CRM under product catalogue , you need to set the targets for publishing your catalogue content. that URL must corrospond to your entry in XCM.
