How to get a list of all relationships, which are not delimited ...

We want to delimit all relationships, if the employee has resigned or separated ...Also, is there any program to delimit relationships.

You can use RH_CUT_INFTY function call inside a custom report to delimit Positions in bulk.

FIRST you should know Which relations ship you wann to delimit Ex You can delimit Job relation ship with Organization,

T-code PO03 infotype 1001 then delimit dates

So you define Which Object relation ship you wann to delimit then you can do this thru 1001 infotype

Relationships are stored in table HRP1001. I would check out the table via transaction SE16 to see which relationships exists with an end date later than the date you want to delimit it at.

There is no standard program to delimit relationships in bulk. You'll have to get a developer to write you a program to do this (preferably a program that creates a batch data input session that you can run off transaction SM35) If you use transaction SHDB and perform / record a delimitation of one of the relationships via transaction PP02, you can give the developer this code to use in the program. That should do the trick.
