Alerts not generated in Solman 7.2 BPMON for Grey Monitoring Objects

We have recently upgrade to SolMan 7.2 from 7.1 and configured all the Monitoring objects. Many KPI monitoring objects are in Grey Rating and not generating Alert messages for all grey rating objects on daily basis even we configured for all the days in week. Could you please help me what is the issue in 7.2?
