This document enabled extended features message post Portal Upgrade to NW73

Hi Gurus,

We had recently upgraded our EP from NW 7.02 to NW 73 along with the backend CRM connected ADS Server to the same release i.e. from NW 7.02 to NW 7.3. The backend CRM version is CRM 7 Ehp1 SPS 03. Post this upgrade whenever we access the developed interactive forms we get below warning/error message.

We have raised this with SAP as well but haven't reached the resolution yet. Has anyone faced this yet and found a solution. We have already followed below suggestions.

1. Server and local time consistent.

2. Users have more privileges apart from Guest on the local machine

3. Restart the ADS server several times

4. Cleared ADS cache on the CRM via FP_ADS_TEST_26

All suggestions will be highly appreciated.
