HCI Agent installation issues

Hi,

I am trying to install the HCI agent in my system and getting the below error while uploading the Agent config file. Any help would be appreciated.

Log file also attached.

I see errors like "Access is denied", so assume this is an OS authorization issue. For installing and configuring on Windows OS, make sure you run the installer and config tool with the option "Run as Administrator" (right mouse button menu when clicking the executable). Being a user with Administrator role on the machine is not enough, you need to run the executable with this option.

Still... the error message points to an authorization issue. We are trying to execute a .bat file in the C:\Program Files\... directory and this is failing.

You could do a test and see if installing in a non-Windows system directory works better (e.g. C:\HCI-DS).

Anyhow, logging a support message for component LOD-HCI-DS would probably give you a faster solution.
