Hi,

can anyone tell me on Rebate basis or amount in VBO2 accrual is determined?

How to do final settlement

Hi,

B1 is the document type for final settlement. Assign B1 to your sales area. Then Go to VBO2 , there u will find the tab for final settlemet, click and execute the final settlement. Accrual is the amount accrued as a result of rebate basis. It is present in amount column.

Hi Gopal,

Basis for your accrual is present in your Pricing procedure, line to which you pass the Subtotal to 7 is the base for calculation of accrual.

Question was not clear hence answering based on my understanding of question.

Hi.,

In VB02 there is Agreement status under the control data ,So we set the status of the rebate agreement whether it is open or agreement released for settlement or Settlement has been created or final settlement carried out,So we can make the payment to the customer manually or we raise a creidt memo to settle the amount.we can execute the payment in VB02 in the top right
