UnexpectedServerException on SAP BO Dashboards with multiple QaaWS's

Hello,

On BO Dashboards I am getting

com.businessobjects.sdk.core.server.CommunicationException$UnexpectedServerException errors when using two (for now) QaaWS connections (query as a web service).

I have been trying to use trigger cells (you will see Idle... and Loading... in single-value cells used) but I can't get them not to load simultaneously - this is when the error happens. I am refreshing every minute to get the error more frequently.

We are on SAP Business Objects 4.1, service pack - both Webi and Dashboards.

Each QaaWS runs OK individually and refreshes with no problem but I need to have multiple queries running sequentially. This sample dashboard only has two but fails miserably.

Please advise if anybody has come across this and solved it!

This error also occurs but less frequently:

Cannot access external data

FatalException occured. The cause was : com.businessobjects.corba.generic.container.proxy.internal.DependencyFailoverCallbackImpl$FailoverFatalException: Prepare failover failed

The results are really small. 6 and maximum 8 cells (2 columns each in each QaaWS)

Please clarify your question regarding web tier and backend configuration.

What are the connection URL's ? (please omit server name)
How many cells/rows each QAAWS brings ?
How does the web tier and backend configured ?
