I recently have changed my blogger profile + wiki profile + email address as I have moved into a new organization.

if I search on my Name i.e. Amol Joshi using the search bar that appears in the left navigation pane, the search results display links to my blogs with the previous organizations name...

is this due to caching of the search results??

Hi,

Eddy is right - report to sdn team.

They merged my blogs with my new account recently.

Best regards,

Maybe I was not correct in my sayings.

In my case, my account was linked to my former company domain. When I quit the company I automatically lost my points and my blogs. I applied to the SDN team, and as far I understood, they did separately the following:

1. linked my posts to my new email (account)

2. linked my blogs to my new account.

So, these are separate processes. Aplly to sdn team!

Best regards,

Eugene

Merging only happens if the user has created an account using the S user ID or if they were an employee at SAP otherwise you have a "p" user for "public" user on SDN and you can alter your info anytime and continue to use it regardless.

If you have a "p" user when you log in then no need to merge.

Hi,

You're right. Did you report things to sdn@sap.com?

Eddy
