Hybris Marketing Unable to launch some apps

Dear Experts,

I'm unable to launch some standard applications in hybris marketing (on-prem, 1702).

Affected applications are for example Predictive model studio, Marketing permissions, marketing analysis for sales, manage images and some more.

I checked the /IWFND/APPS_LOG, /IWFND_ERROR_LOG and SLG1 but couldn't find any error messages. Also the system trace shows no authorization problems.

This is what I get in the console for example by trying to open the predictive model studio:

an anyone maybe give me a point to start with the error handling? I absolutely don't know how to deal with that.

Problem has been solved by activating ICF-Services 🙂
