best option for reporting ACDOCA table on Analysis for Office

hi gurus, I m working in S4H 1610 FPS02 and I need to create some Analysis for Office (AO) reports using data from ACDOCA table so I was making my research and I have these options:

1. Create a CDS view for each AO report I need.

2. Create Bex queries on the top this BW standard infocube /ERP/SFIN_V01 (which is a virtual cube that uses this hana model FCO_C_IBP_ACDOCA)

In my opinion option 2 is better since I am going to use a standard objects (I do not need to add any custom object or column) and it is leveraging the Hana engine.
