I just installed a 30 trial of CR 2016 SP4 on a clone (server is hosted on Esxi system) of our 2012 R2 terminal server. I got it installed with no problems but CR will not open/run. After 3-5 minutes I get the program is not responding error and so on.

I get the following errors in Event Viewer:

The clone does not have internet access, could this be the issue? Don't know if it's trying to connect to SAP to verify license or something else altogether.

Thanks.
