Return in other CCO installation

Hello, I would like to know if is possible to do a return for a receipt printed from another CCO who is located in same shop and use the same CCO Server.

Dear Giovanni,

this process is possible with the SAP Customer Checkout Manager. It is important that the connection between the CCO where you want to return the receipt and the Manager is available. The receipt will be fetched if you scan it for the return. Also the transfer from the origin receipt to the Manager has to be happend, if the receipt is not transferred to the Manager it will not be possible to return it in another CCO.
