Newbie Questions about Internet Sales

Hi all Gurus,

I have 5 questions about some functionalities that i don't know if is it possible to implement in a Internet Sales scenario:

1) can a customer during an order process save the current state of the shopping-basket (without creating the quotation) for later access/modify/finalize his order request?

2) can a customer modify a previous sales quotation data, after it has been saved?

3) Is it possible to have a customer "wish list" with his most ordered products?

4) Is it possible to have a custom product "comments" field in CRM that can be integrated in a Internet Sales page? for example, a comment indicating that a ordered product hasn't available stock and recommending other products

5) Add to the order status some information regarding shipment and invoice status?

Thanks in advance,

Takeo

      Hi Rajesh Banka,

What do you mean? This is the wrong place to make these questions?

Should i make them in another different forum/category?

      Thanks for your help.

      Regards,

      Takeo

    hi ,

    2) can a customer modify a previous sales quotation data, after it has been saved?

    YES

once u Create a Quotation in - VA21 you can always modify the existing quotation (note the quotation number) ... and can change in VA22

    thanks

    More appropriate forum will be:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - General & Framework

CRM - People Centric User Interface

    CRM - Web Application
