Customer balance mismatch during carry forward activity.

We had earlier not carried forward the balance of one particular customer for the year 2012, which we had found out recently. However, the balances of the GL accounts have been been carried forward successfully and hence no impact is there in the financial statements. Now we want to correct the customer balance as well.

When we try to perform this activity, the balance of 2015 is only getting carried over to 2013 and not 2012 as expected.Would appreciate suggestions to solve this issue.
