Requesting an Allowance / Compensation process

Hi all,

I would like to know if it is possible for an employee to request (or on behalf of) a travel allowance or compensation (one-time/recurring) in SAP Business ByDesign (including an approval workflow).

Is there a SAP best practice process for this in ByDesign?

Hello Joost,

you can configure system for the allowance/Compensation (One time / recurring). You will need to create the compensation structures and assign the same to Pay type, time type or time account type depending on business requirement.
