Integration between SAP Gateway and SAP MII

Hi All,

We are trying to consume the web services from MII in our SAP UI5 application.

However while consuming the web service we are hardcoding the user name and password of MII server in URL itself. Is there any way we can establish a secure connection between Gateway server and MII server so while consuming the web service using AJAX call in SAP UI5 application it should not ask for credentials from MII.

We tried to create the RFC destination between Gateway and MII server, but didn’t manage to use this RFC destination while calling AJAX from SAP UI5 application.

Is there any other recommended approach where SSO can happen?

Thanks,

Sneha.

Hi All,

We found an alternative solution for this issue, we deployed our SAPUI5 apps in MII system itself, so the step for passing the user credentials is eliminated.

Thanks,

Hello Sneha,

I see that you sucesfully implemented UI5 Apps on MII . By any chance are any of this apps used offline? If so, could you please let us know the procedure of configuring offline from MII to SCPms?

Thank you
