that works but i want to enter the value as 1.93 itself

is there a way i can do that

This is all based on your user specific settings for decimal format. If you go to your user profile settings and change the decimal format to 123,456.789 Then the system will allow you to enter the value as you want.

Hi,

Goto System -> User Profile -> Default Tab => Change Decimal notation as required.

Thanks Rich

I have already tried that

Its that the Default values show the fowwling three values in the drop down

1.234.567,89

1,234,567.89

1 234 567,89

None of the above values allow me to enter 1.93

Thanks

The second one will (1,234,567.89).

If the "." is your decimal separator, then you need to change decimal format(in user profile) to that one(the middle option), make sure to log off and back on, and all should be fine.
