Hybris Marketing ERP Integration Sales Order

Dear all,

does anybody know if or how I can get the sales orders from my SAP ERP into my yMkt (on-prem 1702) system?

For example the tables vbak/vbap are replicated correctly by SLT to the HANA database. But what do I have to do to show the data (product that has been bought) in the Frontend in the "commerce" - facet of a contact or a company?

Best regards

Tobias

Hi Tobias,

to use the sales volume in hybris Marketing, e.g. for segmentation, campaign management or to have it available in the account factsheet it is necessary to convert the order must be available as interactions.

For the cloud version we provide a dedicated integration scenario for ERP Order Management which loads data by means of HCI middleware and ODATA interface CUAN_BUSINESS_DOCUMENT_IMP_SRV into interactions. The data are then stored as interactions with interactions types SALES_ORDER, SALES_QUOTE and SALES_RETURN. This Odata can basically also be used for on-premise.

Alternatively you can convert the SLT-replicated data from the tables VBAK / VBAP into interactions, but unfortunately there is no standard program available which can be used for that.

Hi Josef,

thank you for your answer.

Do you know if there's a "how to" guide or something like this? For the Cloud I know there's a RDS (1KW) but that wouldn't work for the on-prem version.

Best regards,

Tobias

Hi Tobias,

we had exactly the same requirement - integration of ERP-Salesorders into Hybris Marketing onPremise.
We followed the RDS-Guide 1KW (https://help.sap.com/viewer/0f9408e4921e4ba3bb4a7a1f75f837a7/1708%20500/en-US/3686399de7914028ba74907809514ee3.html). The only difference is that HCP calls same OData from onPremise instead of Cloud.
It works as expected - Salesorders and Salesquotes are replicated into yMKT as Interactions.

In the HCP-mapping we changed the source of the IA-timestamp because in standard uses last changed date of the Salesorder and not document date.

Hi Josef,

when do I have to use the CUAN_BUSINESS_DOCUMENT_IMP_SRV and when can I use the CUAN_IMPORT_SRV?

Hi Tobias,

Business Documents are used if you have changes in your documents (Sales orders). This is the only type of "interaction" which can be changed after the import. A normal import of an interaction like "SALES_ORDER" can't be changed afterwards.

Business Documents relates to an interaction like "SALES_ORDER" or "SALES_RETURN".

If you just want to import SALES_ORDERS withouth changes then go for CUAN_IMPORT_SRV and extend your data model on behalf.

P.S.: Be aware that CUAN_BUSINESS_DOCUMENT_IMP_SRV has more impact on performance because it's an additional object.
