XI installation Configuration of J2EE engine problem

Hai,

Can any one help regarding installation of XI I installed almost ever thing

1)ABAP CENTRAL INSTANCE

2) ABAP DATABASE INSTANCE

3) J2EE PLUG IN

AND KNOW J2EE INSTALLED SUCCESSFULLY.

AFTER THAT I DONE SOME STEPS AND THEN IN CONIFGTOOL.BAT I GIVEN JAVA PARAMETERS AS -XX:MaxPermSize=128M –Djava

And after doing every step may problem after creating this J2EE_ADMIN I GIVEN THE HOST AS (SYSTEM NAME) AND PORT AS 50004 BUT IT WAS NOT ABLE CONNECT IT.it displaying the error that : cannot open connection on host <hostname> and <port>

PLZ HELP IT’S URGENT.
