My client wants to download all the documentations from solar01 into a local server for backup purpose.
I have read a few posts in SCN and majority of them suggested to read the below blog shared by Mr. Markus Mueller which using knowledge workbench. However, the blog is pretty outdated in year 2011 and SAP has confirmed that knowledge workbench is no longer supported by SAP as per SAP note 1876717 and also the tool will no longer show any documentation that kept in General Documentation tab based on my test. So the tool is not usable now.

I know another option is to use transaction SOLAR01 (“Business Blueprint”->”Generate Blueprint Document”). But again this will only download the documents with the option business blueprint relevant being ticked only.
Furthermore, the downloaded file name is not showing actual file name, but a string of unknown characters.
Our requirement is to download all documents (not limited to blueprint document only) with correct file name.
If you have done this earlier and not using the above two tools, it will be greatly appreciate if you can share this with me. Thanks.
