Backups of Productive Cloud Instances

hi Guys,

Usually we have automatic complete system backups for our on premise SAP systems(realtime). How does it work with BO cloud instances? Do we have an option to ask for system restores?

    Vitali - interesting; at first I thought SAP might do this as this is in the SAP Cloud Platform Data Center

    But there are other options - content import/export mentioned in this SAP blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2016/06/21/sap-businessobjects-cloud-enterprise-readiness-2/

    I think this is something to confirm directly with SAP; I will try to keep researching
