Inconsistent Bad Request error facing replies for Facebook integration with CRM IC agent inbox

We integrated CRM with Facebook and everything was working fine until recently when we started getting bad request error on Facebook replies/responses in the CRM inbox. In coming messages are fine but when we try to reply we get the Bad request error. Certificates are installed and are still valid, tokens are fine. The error is inconsistent, sometimes replies work and sometimes we get the bad request error. We do not know what is causing the error and why it is inconsistent.. we have looked at https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3790914 but didnt seem find a solution
