error in server0.Java engine is unable to startup

Hi experts

we are using PI 7.00 In this we are unable to start java engine and it is saying that java VM terminated with non zero exit code.(-11113).If i access SXMB_IFR it is giving this error. "SAP WebAS Engine is starting or started but not yet operational! If this state does not change within a few minutes, please contact your system administrator. Check the recommendations in SAP Notes: 943498, 764417 Message: Dispatcher running but no server connected!

Details: No details available"

I had checked these notes also , but its not helpful.

Please try to give me a solution.

hi,

Are you using ABAP+JAVA or separate ABAP and JAVA

If they are separate .. check the database (JAVA )

Plese provide more log .... OS, database details ..

...j2ee/cluster/server0/log/......find latest log

Hi,

Secure Store lib Dir does not exist

Check the folder and files are exist ...

..../SYS/global/security/

data --> securestore.key

securestore.properties

lib-->engine

tools

i Had checked the files in Secure Store C:\usr\sap\XXX\SYS\global\security\lib data --> securestore.key

securestore.properties

in lib folder engine and tools folder also is there.in that

lib-->engine

tools --> 5 jar files are present.I had verified all these.But it is giving me that error.

are you able accesses the folder ...

....\securty (means share folder )

and change permissions of the folder....

for the security folder in properties also i had checked.we had allowed full control to users.means for administrators , SAP_localadmin,SAP_XXX_localadmin and SYSTEM users.

copy folder security

Change the value of the parameter of Xms on server node to 1024m.Restart ur instance.Let me know if it works else i would suggest you some other memory adjustment according to the notes available.

Hi,

This happens coz the VM settings are not proper for you.

You need to change them via configtool. Adjust the VM settings for the server nodes.

restart the cluster and it will work for you.

Go through the notes specified.

You need to adjust the -Xms and -Xmx parameter in the server nodes both at the instance level and also at the server node level.

Also add a parameter -Xss2m in the server Java parameters.
