We are running SAP US Payroll but we are using our own custom tax processing program; however when running Payroll, we are getting the error message "
Could not establish connection to BSI TaxFactory SaaS". We tried to skip this message by disabling using BSI TaxFactory in table V_T5F99K2 by changing the value of option CLBTF to 1; but we got another message saying "RFC connection BSI90-US-TAX for BSI TaxFactory version 090 is not available". We actually don't want to use BSI TaxFactory, so how can we still run payroll and skip using it? We also tried inserting the
User Parameter BSI_TF_SAAS_DISABLED to disable the connection but we noticed that it only takes effect in test
environments , all production environments will be forced to connect to BSI
system. Anybody encountered such an issue?
