Hi,
I have a SAP HANA Express instance in AWS that I launched through my SAP Cloud Account.
The license has expired and I've followed the instructions here: https://archive.sap.com/documents/docs/DOC-31036 to get a new license.
However when I try to install the generated keys in https://go.support.sap.com/minisap the option to "Delete License Key" or "Install License Key" are disabled.
I have SAP HANA Studio version 2.3.24 running on Mac OS X 10.11.3
Could you please tell us on which HANA version are you working on?? HDB version will give the necessary information.

I've seen some issue with a Hardcoded Licence Key : Twitter-link / SAP-Blog comment / SAP-Doc info ASE License / ...
That might be the cause?

Unfortunately I do not have such directories in my system nor the users referenced in https://mdocs.sap.com/mcm/public/v1/open?shr=dRhHsVYVLc5c1UDveogwtXBdL9m82JccRlvvBXO6K5Q
Restart your HANA instance and check.
