Installing Crystal Report 8.0 under Windows Server 2012

We have a lot of reports designed and running using Crystal Report 8.0; We are using Windows Server 2003 and it is working, but we try to install the same package under Windows Server 2012 and we are getting an error that this package can not be installed under this operating system. Does anybody know a solution for this matter?. Your help will be very appreciated. The message is "The installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package exists and that you can access it............................"

You have updated everything else, time to update CR also.

CR 9 updated all of the database drivers so you will need to open each report and reconnect to your data source and then Verify and refresh to validate the reports are still working the same way.

Crystal Reports 8 was created when windows 2012 was not even on a drawing board. It will not work on it. there is no solution for this.
You should consider upgrading to current version of crystal. Which will be able to use your CR 8 version reports.
