How to force delete BP in CRM

Hi

I was requested in our organization to delete a BP but this BP has Service Request. So I set these SRs to be set as completed but I still cant delete this BP . I get a message saying :

No Business Partners Deleted
E CRM_ORDER 000
Document/business transaction not found

please let me how to over come this issue

How can I view the cotenant though , it requires Username and Password ? Can you please direct me how to optain one
