Hello Experts,

S_ALR_87013558 report doesn't show any actual data whereas CJI3 has.

I went through all other posts and found nothing useful for my issue, i also tried finding the data at table level (Like RPSCO in this case) and actuals are present and no cost element exemption etc.

Then i tried running several SAP standard correction program followed by CJEN & CJBN but still 558 report shows zero actual..

Whereas in few threats i have seen suggestion to create value categories and before i go that route i am trying to understand this value categorization per NOTE 676123 & other consequences too.

If someone can throw some light, would be great.

Appreciating to everyone for this noble job 🙂

Thanks,

Vindhesh

You can create your own Value Categories and then assign Cost Element Groups for reporting purposes or you can set the system up to automatically create Value Categories by Cost Element as they are posted. Either way you need value categories to exist for many of the reports to work.

You can also try using the Cost Element Reports.

Hi Vindhesh,

Value Categories are created to segregate the cost on the WBS under meaningful Headings based on Cost Elements Grouping. there are no adverse impacts on creating Value Categories.

For the cost element reports not fetching any details, what's the CE catergories used to book the actuals against the WBS?

If you add new cost elements to the existing group assigned to the Value category you need to run CJEN program to update the database.
