Hi Experts,
We are trying to create RFQ output (Send to Ariba Sourcing) in S/4 via Fiori using BRF+ New Output Method (Channel - Idoc) but unfourtunately we are not able to generate IDOC as Output.
When we are trying to generate Output via XML, It's working with New Output Method but Idoc not, we have maintain LS, LI partner already but we are facing issue with Idoc.
If anybody has generated Idoc Output with New Output Method (BRF+), Please share steps.
Note - We are at S/4 1610 FPS02 version.

Pawan

Hi Carl,
One general question regarding BRF+ Output Managment. Generally in NAST, we have output type with access sequence and this access sequence has certain tables which needs to be executed in Sequence. In BRF+, how do we maintain tables and its sequence ? Also Idoc triggering with BRF+ has any limitations ?

Hi, have successfully output an Idoc via BRF+ for the Billing area. The set up in OPD is as per any other, but with a channel of IDOC rather than e.g. Print. The key is in the class assigned when the output type is maintained in SPRO->Cross Application Components->Output Control->Define Output Types. For Billing the class is
CL_BILLING_OUTPUT_CONTROL
Within this class there is a method -IF_APOC_COMMON_API~GET_LEGACY_DATA
Within the method the legacy output type 'RD00' is hard coded. The usual partner profile work needs to be done, using this output type in the messge control tab.You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
