Hi Expert,
I have issue while creating Service
Entry system is stopping due to other service line account assignment Grant has
blocked.
Service PO we have 4 service line items
out of 4service lines, 3 has posted and which has used account assignment
grant has blocked. Now user is trying to create the 4th service line item with
other account assignment grant but system is showing above error message
because already posted service line account assignment grant has blocked.
We tried to change the Grant status
closed to reopen but I could not find the option.
Anybody can help me to resolve the
issue.
