Problem with BPE

I am receiving the following error when sending sync message from an IP (but not always)

Error handling for work item 000000736430

Work item 000000736430: Object CL_SWF_XI_MSG_BROKER method SEND_SYNCHRON cannot be executed

No exception defined for system errors

It does not happen always , so mapping and rest is OK, but it usually occurs when there is heavy traffic (more than 3 same IPs are running concurent). I have see all notes mention in similar post through this forum but non seem to be solving this error. Is there a solution/configuration to allo IP to run concurrent during heavy low? is there a limitation?

We were facing the same problem here, and the basis team has set up the ICM parameter to 600 seconds and all heavy files are processing properlly now.

Have a look at transaction SMICM . Maybe it can help .
