Service product INVESTIGATION within the service ticket functionality

Hi,

trying to create a service ticket the following message occurs:

"Legen Sie in den Stammdaten das Serviceprodukt INVESTIGATION an"

telling me that I have to create a service product INVESTIGATION in (within?) the master data.

What is meant by this and what needs to be done in detail?
