Earned Leave Quota is not transferred when employee group is changed

I have an issue where Personnel Action is run in between a month and employee group of an employee is changed .This changed employee group ( say "A") will have Earned Leave quota of 2.5 days from 10th April to 30 Aprils which was not applicable to previous employee group.

While running the Time evaluation, Earned Leave (EL) quota is generated from May onwards but not April. After Time evaluation (from 10 april to 30 May) Infotype 2006 is updated as:

Start date: 01.05.2017 till 31.12.9999 and EL quota is 2.5 days which is incorrect.

Actually it should be 10.04.2017 till 31.12.9999, EL quota 5 days.

On checking the Time Log for 30 April (as quota is generated on last day of the month as per configuration), Quota is generated in table QTACC but same is not updated in IT 2006.

Please help.

    Before the employee was transfered, were the Quotas delimited?

    After the employee was transfered, were the new Quotas created?

    • In your DEVelopment or "Test" environment, for a similar employee, did you try to delimit the employee's Quotas before doing the Transfer Action?

      That's what our Users are told to do whenever the thanfer involves a change in PSA/ESG Groupings for Quotas, and if required, IT2013 is used to transfer Quotas that need to be transfered.
