We are trying to change the email alerts setup in the slt server.
can anybody have an idea from where can we change the sender details in the slt server.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
e-mail sender id is the one who activated notifications recently. if you have access to deactivate and activate the notifications, then it becomes your id. hope it helps. I am not sure on how to setup a generic name for email alerts.
