Problem while creating a PO in Sourcing..

Dear SRM Gurus,

We have implemented BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI for checking the PO and we are triggering some error messages when some conditions of PO are not satisfied..

BADI is working fine and the error messages are triggered and displayed..still when we press Create Purchase Order button, it is creating a PO with incomplete status..

Please suggest if there any procedure to restrict the PO creation..

Hi,

Which Scenario are you implementing??This BADI is to be implemneted for PO only if you are in the Extended classic scenario and the PO in SRM is the leading PO.

We are using Extended Classic Scenario and we have implemented the BADI for PO in SRM only..

Is there any way to restrict from creating PO..
