Chart Options Data Label Location option is not working correctly

Dear Experts,

In Pie Chart value location options I am selecting "Inside Edge" and in Label location option I am selecting "Outside Pie" options. But when I click on OK button, it's automatically getting reset and both the value and label location changing into "Side of Frame" options.

I want to display value inside and label outside.

Please check attached file and advise where I am using the Sap Crystal Report 2013.

1390108 - Location of data labels on a pie chart is not changing on a report

1. Go to Chart Expert.
2. Click the Options Tab.
3. Uncheck Auto-Arrange. Click OK.
4. Right-click the Chart.
5. Go to Chart Options. Click the Data Labels tab.
6. Choose the desired options (center Slice, Inside Slice, etc.). Click OK.
