Lumira Desktop Free Trial - Problem with HDB 00054 message

Hi:

Im using Version 1.31.4 compilation 133.

I worked for 5 days with no problem and developed a nice and perfect working application with 21 Visualizations, and one Story with two pages. And two Excel data Sources, each one with a leading dataset merged to other datasets.

As I've said, I closesd and openend the app with no problems, until yesterday when I was closing Lumira It "hanged", and I had to cancel It. Afterwards I coudn't open the app again due to the message:

I replaced the lums file I was using with an older one, and obtained the same response. I unisstalled luminar, cleaned de registry from any references from lumira, erased the "Sap Lumira documents" folder, installed Lumira from new, and obtained allways the same resonse.

I tryied to attach de lums file, and the input excel, this app refused.

Please be so kind to help me.

Unfortunately all I can suggest is calling SAP Sales and see if they can set you up with a trial of Lumira 1.31.7 (which just released). In NA you can call 866-681-3435 or 866-776-6567, elsewhere please have a look at the SAP Office Locations here:

As I am working with the Lumira Trial (v 1.31.4), I don't know how to download the 1.31.6 version, as the links send me to begin a new trial.

Hi Juan

There was a fix created for a similar issue and it is in patch 6. Can you please download Lumira 1.31, patch 6 and install that - after you uninstall Lumira 1.31.4.
